Doing business with Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing has been an absolute pleasure! They came out to assess what my needs were, put a package together, explained what they were going to be doing in the replacement of my air conditioner. Within a few days I had a new air conditioner that COOLED my home, quietly and efficiently!! I LOVE it!! With so many air conditioning companies out there it was whelming to try to find a company that wasn't just trying to make a quick buck. Especially knowing I needed a new unit to replace my old dinosaur. I lucked out though a family member recently had there units serviced by Comfort Experts and were really happy with there service and professionalism I figured I would reach out for one more quote and I am glad I did. Not only were they competitive in pricing (which was a big factor) but Ryan truly was knowledgeable and wanted to educate me on what options were out there and the benefits of each selection. The others just had different tiers that came out prior kinda like Home Depot Good, Better and Best. Not to mention his crew that came out were professional and polite. I dont know how they work in those attics like this during the summer months and keep there cool but I was impressed. They had the old one down in a flash and the new one up and running a few hours later. Didn't want to write a small novel but short and sweet from Start to finish I am glad I chose Comfort Experts over all the others.

Freddy came to my home this morning to check the operation of my heat pump. He was friendly, thoroughand efficient. It was confirmed that I do need a new unit so he he filled out all of the necessary paperworkand provided me with copies and set up a date for the work to begin. My apartment complex uses this company for their annual maintenance. They need to stop. One the broke a water line in my unit, didn't tell anyone, no call was made to me, it took the calling maintenance to find the water shut off valve . There was an inch of rusted standing water in my apartment. The caused over a thousand dollars of damage to my personal belongings. They left my home unlocked, the put wet shoes on the front lawn like I was coming home to a bad break up video which resulted in some of my stuff being taken. They haven't even tried to come back tand fix the back and fix the unit. This was March 1st, 2023. I still have no ac and no heat. When I asked them what had happened, they lied to my face and told me it was the ac compressor. But our complex is on a chiller system so they have control of when the ac and heat are switch and they had not yet switched the ac on. Not to mention they left the mess for me to clean up. They left their drinks in my apartment like I'm their momma cleaning up after them. A couple days later they attempted to make it right but really it was a slap in my face with a 200.00 gift card and a note apologizing for the incident that happened while they were there. I filed a complaint with the company, nothin, apartment complex nothing. Do not hire these people for anything no true accountability and no true professionalism.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
