Awesome company! We originally hired Promise Heating and Air when we were remodeling our home and needed to replace our complete duct system. The team was very professional and punctual, one of the best companies we used for our remodel. After our great experience we signed up for their ongoing maintenance plan and have been very happy with the high level of service we have received. All of their employees are very nice and presentable and when entering our home the technicians wear shoe coverings to avoid making a mess, Overall awesome service - 5 stars!

Goettl technician Q came out to look at my Heat Pump system. Unfortunately for me, he found some problems. Q sat down and discussed the problem with me and explained some options, so I could make a decision. He was professional, efficient and friendly. Defiantly a good experience. Thanks.

Ricky Rodriquez has been working with us in upgrading our entire system in order to keep it operating in the most efficient way. He has provided me with all the technical information so I know what, when necessary, any upgrades or repairs are needed.I highly recommend the company and especially Ricky for all the work he has done.

Ian was the technican that was assigned to my work order. What I appreciate the most is he didn't come in and tell me I needed to replace the water heater right off the start. He did give me options which I like, he explained everything,showed me the bad parts and the good parts and I really appreciate that. And I like the fact that I was able to ask questions and he answered them and did notonce show that I was bothering him and he explained to me what he was doing as he was doing the work.

Ryan took the time to diagnose the problem with my A/C and repair it properly. He is honest and does not overcharge. I highly recommend Comfort Experts.
