Joey Miller was our HVAC Specialist. He was professional and honest, took the time to understand our plans and budget for our home, and was super friendly with our dog! Joey was transparent throughout the process — sharing photographs and video of what he found inside our HVAC system, and making recommendations and putting together multiple quotes to allow us to have options. He clarified and answered all questions we had throughout the process. His customer service was amazing!

Our water heater stopped working. Scott came out an replaced it for us. He was professional, friendly, and did outstanding work. The company was very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend them.

We are really impressed with the professionalism of all the people at Parker and Sons. They did their best to make their services fit into our budget and we very happy with the results. Chris did multiple bundles to see what would work, and had great communication regarding what to get for faucets and toilets. He was prompt and thorough with the installations. This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement.
