Best Outdoor Lighting Install in Phoenix AZ

Came home on a Saturday night and found the emergency condensation line pouring. Called Penguin our go to and they offered to send someone out immediately. Since it was not an emergency I had them send out a technician Sunday morning. When Alonzo our tech got here he was on time to his estimate, he was a very professional and knowledgeable technician that not only completed the job but took time to give me knowledge on our system and how it works. I was referred to Penguin from my neighbor and it was the best recommendation ever. So far both technicians that have been out to the house Alonzo and Anthony have been top notch. I run a service business and hats off to the person who hires this type of exemplary employee as I know it’s hard to find great employees who take the kind of pride that these gentlemen do.

Scott Dale just did our semiannual service today on the A/C unit in our garage.. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job. We will be switching the maintenance work on our main house unit to Hobaica and Scott from Chas Roberts.

Shower valve gave up and I couldn’t shut off the water going full blast into a tub. I had to shut down the water to the home, but due to a very recent and painful surgery I needed the water back on ASAP and unable to do it myself. P&S jumped on it and scheduled us for a very fast response. Michael was here by 2:00 pm and by 2:30 our issue was repaired. Polite, efficient and professional company and employees. They may cost a bit more than others, but they made up for it in several ways. A huge thank you to everyone.
