One of the hottest days of the year and our A/C unit went out!!! We were frustrated because we had just had the George Brazil Company do a complete inspection on our A/C unit and made some repairs. The A/C unit was working fine until the temperature got up into the triple digits again. Guess what our A/C unit gave up the GHOST!!!George Brazil to the rescue. They were true to their word that our system was covered on the previous work that had been accomplished by another Employee. We were concerned because we are a senior couple on a strict income and were really concerned about the cost.GUESS WHAT!!! It was all TRUE! Yes we had to pay for the capacitor that gave up the ghost, but no service charge or other hidden charges because we were a George Brazil Customer!Jorge was the most pleasant and knowledgeable person I have met from George Brazil!He answered all of our questions and also advised us that because the Brazil employee before him had done the install that it was covered by the George Brazil service guarantee. WOW, what a relief; Jorge had the unit up and running in a ver, very short time, and we again able to have a cool evening and night.Thank You Jorge and Thank You George Brazil!

New HVAC system purchased 2/2019 w/ Lifetime Heat Exchanger & Compressor Warranty; 10 Year Unit Replacement on Condenser & Furnace; 10 Year Parts Warranty; 10 Year Labor Warranty; 5 Year Maintenance Agreement from Pengiun Air (PA). AC unit stopped operating Friday 27AUG2021. 28AUG2021 called PA to schedule tech to come out. Dispatcher stated someone would be out that day. No one called or showed up Sat. Repeated calls to PA sat, sat night, Sun, Sun night, and Mon morning. Tech did not come out until Mon @ ~ noon. I had several requests to have manager (Tonya) to call me and explain what was happening and why it took 2.5 days for a tech to come out. Temps were 105+ Deg those days. I missed 14.5 hours of work waiting for a tech to call or come out. PA dispatcher and website state that they are a 24/7 company. HVAC unit has not been operating/ configured correctly since install on 2/22/2019. Managers do not respond to requests for call backs. Cant recommend this company for use.15SEP2021 UPDATE:Penguin Air Tech and Goodman Tech came out 14SEP2021 to diagnosis the system and take readings. They adjusted the blower speed also. An hours after they left the Compressor started to make loud surging noise Called the desk and talked to Nicole who submitted an urgent ticket and stated someone would call me back shortly. No one called back. Had to submit a ticket online. Tech is suppose to arrive this morning but hasnt as of yet. Highly unprofessional and unreliable.DONT USE PENGUIN AIR.

Scott has always been there for AC repairs and now finally a replacement. He was prompt with service and we had a new unit quickly installed. I will definitely be using his services again!
