I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Amigo Rooter arrived very quickly the same day and repaired a washing machine line clog. We've had minor problems on and off for a couple of years, but this time, liquid drano didn't fix it. John found there was an object stuck in the line and made helpful recommendations regarding other plumbing concerns in our home. Pricing was extremely reasonable. We will absolutely call Amigo back as needed and recommend to friends and neighbors.

The service provided by technician Joe Kleinman today was exemplary. He was called to check for a carbon monoxide leak in our heating and air-conditioning system. Our smoke and carbon monoxide alarms were going off when we turned our heat on in the home. He thoroughly checked the system and confirmed that there was no carbon monoxide leak. He communicated with us so well and was very thorough in dealing with the situation. Everyone in the office was so helpful in setting up the appointments. This includes Cassie, Steffi, Michelle, Drew and several others whose names I can’t remember. Everyone is so polite and patient and helpful. I highly recommend The Day and NightHeating and air conditioning repair company and I look forward to using them in the future.I just realized that I forgot to write a review about the other technician who came to our house on the initial visit. His name is Ivan. Ivan was just as outstanding as Joe Kleinman. Ivan did the initial assessment of the carbon monoxide problem and then bumped it up to Joe who had more sensitive equipment. So Ivan took care of the first step in the evaluation and then Joe took care of the second. Ivan was equally as professional, highly qualified, extremely thorough and a great communicator. Both technicians were a pleasure to deal with! 5 stars all around!

Jose was fantastic. We use the maintenance program offered by Parker and Sons and he made it worth using with this visit alone. He was professional, respectful of our home, came in already wearing his wask which we had requested to the operator, and answered a handful of questions that were outside of his regular maintenance visit.I will absolutely be recommending him to others and asking for him personally if anything is needed for our AC or Furnace in the future. I called in to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered was really rude from the start. I politely told her she was being rude and said goodbye. I will not be using them now because of this.

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.
