We employed TemperaturePro to troubleshoot an issue of vibrating when our AC ran. The crew got up in the attic and found that the fan had some insulation from the air exchange stuck to the it, causing it to run off balance. What a relief that it only cost the basic fee. I initially had the wrong service performed, but that may have been a miscommunication between me and the business. On a Friday night that was 100 degrees one of my AC units was blowing warm air so I called Comfort One AC. Jessica took my call and said that they could have someone out on Saturday morning! She told me that Juha would be out at 7:00 am. Juha showed up on TIME! He diagnosed my AC unit (it's 25 years old) and had the needed parts in his van and was able to get me up and running in no time! There was no sales pitch to get me to replace my old unit. I know that someday I will need to replace it and I will be calling Comfort One when I do. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs. They are a GREAT and very honest company that won't try to upsell you. Thanks guys for the great service!

There were 2 men due to the extension ladder needed to check air conditioning.

The team was extremely professional just like the install team and checked what was needed. When they were done they informed all was good and they were leaving.

We are so grateful we found Circulate HVAC! We purchased a historical fixer upper that had no heating system and relied on space heaters. We spoke with three companies who quoted very high costs for installing a radiant heat system - the costs were tough to swallow given it included no solution for air conditioning. Derek listened to our concerns (about functionality and aesthetics), and came up with a solution to run ductwork (a challenge I think few others would undertake in our house), and install a dual heat pump and gas furnace system that will provide central heating and cooling. On top of this, we had a tight timeline for the work, and Derek fit us in and completed the work on schedule. The pricing was competitive, and Derek and his team were always professional, respectful, pleasant to have around, and always kept everything clean and tidy. The work itself was done beautifully.
