Our technician Scott Dale was extremely professional and explained what he was going to do with our yearly maintenance. He also gave a clear report at the end that left us with assurance that our unit will keep performing as expected. We will keep using Hobaica as we believe in the way this company does business and treats their customers.

We have in the past had Stephen as our technician and that is why when we called this time we specifically asked for him. He is thorough in his checking our unit and takes time to explain how our system works. We very much appreciate and trust him as our technician.

This company is amazing, they do treat you like family and they are professional and thorough. We needed the whole nine yards, Chris went through our entire heating and air conditioning system and recommend a new cost effective and energy efficient system at an affordable price. The crew did a fantastic installation job and even installed new thermostats of our choice. We became new Alien customers and set up a regular maintenance service with our new Alien friends. Christopher, Mark, Alexis, Trevor all did a fantastic job. They were prompt very courteous, and did a very clean job in a very fast manner. They were done with a full AC install and duct replacement in under 10 hours. My unit is running well, I spent a bit more than I planned but the service I received was well worth it. Even though I spent more than I wanted their bid for this job was better or equal to the other 4 companies I had out. Tyler was my service tech that set up the job and he was great to work with as well. Overall very satisfied with the techs we had, work that was done and overall satisfaction. Great job!!
