Moises was a great Tech. My AC needed maintenance and he was able to come out the same day and took care of the issue. He was honest and said it only needed coolant. Other techs end up telling you it needs this it needs that and only want your $$$. Moises was very honest and did a great job. Highly recommended his services.

After my AC motor went bad they were able to do a quick fix when everyone else couldn't get out for a few days. Afterwords unit was struggling to cool back down since it was without ac for more than a day. They went the extra mile to check out that everything was in order and even helped me clean it out. Now I have a nice cool house and wife is happy again.

I am 62 years old and a Veteran, my AC is broken and I contacted this company because they said they do not do a credit check. They lied when they said they do not check credit scores. I am giving you a bad review. My credit score was already low and every time some company like you looks to run my score it gets lower and lower. I have a job and I can make payments but because of companies like yours I have no way to qualify and now I get to continue to suffer in the heat.

Owning a business is much more then just doing work. I’m sure other’s would agree and would want to know how a owner of a company acts and controls himself while driving a company van.

A apology would have been the appropriate route to take instead of a post saying we didn’t do any work for you.

Great experience using Frozen Air home services they were knowledgeable and had a great personality very informative and professional.

SMW installed our system 5 years ago and has serviced it ever since that time. Jonathan Palermo came out for the most recent service and was wonderful. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The office sent a reminder text the day before along with the name of the technician. They then called that day to say he was on his way. Our experience over the last 5 years has been stellar.

I am so glad I called them! I have an 8-month-old baby boy and it was horrible when the AC stopped working. Oscar and Juan came in and fixed my AC in less than an hour. They knew I was desperate and still charged me like a normal service and without hidden fees or extras like others do. They did a job with the quality of a big company but at a very reasonable price. I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.
