these guys right away couple of months ago when one of our unit was not working right. The service man who showed up was prompt and courteous, recommended that we should get two new units so both will have 10 years warranty.he explained a few things about his service which sounded good . after signing and paying by credit card within 3-4 days 2 techs came and replaced both units.. did the clean up and said some one from the company will come soon to fix the wooden frame. or else call us. we called nobody showed up but later calling again a guy came to fix the wood frame they had taken out. when asked did you change the filters as we were promised. he said not his job. call the filter guy will come in 3 days . So far we called 2-3 times. The front desk lady refused totally that they don't fix filters they only take your money and set up the the ac units. After lot of back and forth she said she will see what she can do, No answer yet. nobody showed up in the last 2 months .so this review. She had also said you complain to the company not to her. Does this sound like good service?Our next complaint will be to BBB.

After trying to figure which company to use, I found Velox; they are a great company, quick professional service. Ricky a service technician came out and was very respectful and professional; he guided me through my doubts and service my units timely. Thanks for the great service. Not sure about the companies audit services but salesmen are too aggressive and rude showing up unannounced without appointments which seems extremely unprofessional.

Great company! A professional team of managers and craftsmen performed the selection of equipment and installation of the air conditioner with high quality. And at my request, they completed the installation almost the next day. Prompt, efficient, friendly communication! I recommend to everyone!

These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.
