Chris at Alien Air was fair and honest. My roof A/C was replaced without any problems, the crew got to my place at 6 am and was done in 3 hours. The employees were extremely professional and answered all my questions. I was very surprised to have such honesty from a company. Chris decided I didn't need any ductwork and saved me $1100. Professional! I called on Jimmy thinking I had an A/C problem, but when he came found no A/C problem, rather other problems. He took the time to investigate even though he knew right away it was not an A/C problem then hooked me up with the right people. No charge for his hour with me. Truly professional and knowledgeable. We had our 20 year old central air conditioning system — outside unit and inside air handler — replaced. It’s a big and expensive project. After doing our homework to understand what would be entailed, we called Parker & Sons. Everyone we worked with, from the salesman who offered our options and quotes, to the gentlemen that tore out the old system and installed the new system, were professional and informative. They were all attentive to our questions and concerns which instilled confidence that we made the right choice in choosing Parker & Sons. They delivered on everything that they promised.

Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic. We were frantically calling around to all the AC companies trying to find someone who could come take a look at our AC but no one was available. When Scott heard we had a newborn he took pity on us and moved some things around to fit us in quickly that day. Scott was amazing to work with and was able to get our AC unit replaced in a timely manner. He was so kind and helpful- I recommend him to anyone in the valley!

CR Custom Services was very informative and spent good amount of time inspecting my current system.
They based my heating and cooling system on the size of my house, level of insulation, windows.
They inspected the duct system for air leaks.
They measured airflow to make sure it met the manufacturers specifications.
While wary at first, I am confident they finished the job professionally and with total satisfaction.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
