Had to make an emergency call on a Friday night when our air stopped working after a failed attempt at installing a new thermostat. They had our tech James out to us in only about half an hour & he worked through the issues until he found what was the real cause of the problem & got it fixed fast. Heats coming soon I should turn on my AC to check it. What do know no cold air?? Had two different AC companies come out and examine my problem both said your systems old going to be exspensive to fix it and who knows how long it will last if they do? Called ICON spoke with an awesome gentlemen named Rhet. Gave him the rundown on everything said I needed a new system, he had all my info and a quote ready for me in a matter of a few hours (while he was still working elsewhere!) I look over the quotes very reasonable, next thing I know I get a phone call from Rhet saying hey I'd like to look at your old system, just to make sure it's truly not functional? I said sure. Punctual the next morning, runs a few tests fixes a quick part...bam cold air! Saved me a fortune in these tough times! They truly do see us as a big AZ family, and it's the only phone number for AC repair you'll ever need! From my family to yours I say thank you Icon Mechanical!

Used 911 based on the reputation and ended up not moving forward with them. When I originally called for immediate service the representative lacked professionalism and complained about my location. The rep was great that came out to the house, however, we asked for a quote on two new AC's.... Which you would think is a great business opportunity from a customer, received the quote and it was pretty vague. I had to ask the rep what make/model they were suggesting we put in. Paid for the service call and parted ways.
