Barrett came to fix our garbage disposal today and he was excellent! Our problem turned out to be just a measuring spoon stuck in the disposal but he was very quick and efficient and even gave my wife some tips on what to do if that happens again! I would highly recommend A.P.E.S to anyone who needs their services.

The gentleman that came to our house and fixed our clogged drain was a blessing! You don't always get great customer service these days but this man Brett proved that the experienced professional people who know customer service and actually want to do what they do still are out there and my wife and I honestly could not be happier. From the first phone call this was a good experience. Dispatch was friendly and gave a reasonable timetable to expect the tech to arrive. Rhett the service tech went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of while preparing the estimate for a condenser. He checked in and kept me in the know where we were at in the process until the unit was installed. And even followed up to make sure that we were satisfied with the job a few days later. Hard to find employees like Rhett in any line of work.

We had Scott perform a sewer scope after a different company tried to tell us we needed $7000-$12000 of repairs for faults in the sewer line. Scott quickly diagnosed that there was a minor deflection of part of the line, but he explained that it was not causing issues and was pretty normal in the area observed - and it needed no repairs. It was clear that Scott (and 911 Plumbing) are looking out for the customer. I will be using 911 Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future, that's for sure.
