Best Electrical Panel Installation in Phoenix AZ

This is my 2nd experience with Penguin Air and I continue to be impressed. I have two AC units and one of them was not working. I put in a call to Penguin Air and was again impressed with how courteous they were over the phone. It was understandably an extended wait for service due to the busy summer months and I called to ask for an ETA due to other appointments. I half-expected a very curt or abrasive response from the lady on the phone but what I got was the epitome of courtesy. Upon the arrival of the technician, Jimmy Browne, I could tell that he was tired from previous customers but he did not let that diminish his customer service. I explained my problem and Jimmy sprang into action. I chatted with him while he worked and found him to be a great conversationalist and an overall good man. What really earned this 5 star review was something Jimmy had that is in short supply these days. Integrity. While checking my 2nd unit (the undamaged one) to make it a thorough service call, he accidentally broke a piece of the unit. He could have simply told me the part was worn and needed to be replaced along with charging me for it. Im dumb and wouldnt have known better. Instead, Jimmy laughed and owned the accident. He didnt charge me for the part he broke. Again, I wouldnt have known any better.Thank you Penguin Air for employing men of integrity like Jimmy Browne.

Travis used a camera to check for a blockage or collapsed bathtub drain pipe which was below ground level. The camera stopped at a certain point and he wasn’t totally convinced it was a collapsed pipe. He wanted to try the air snake in the tub drain. It was 100% successful and the tub now drains great! Gas had been turned off by a previous heating company. I called Parker and Sons and they sent someone out a few hours later. Explained a few issues we had but no do or die sales pitch. Very friendly and professional. Very reasonably priced. Will be using them again.

I am so glad I called them! I have an 8-month-old baby boy and it was horrible when the AC stopped working. Oscar and Juan came in and fixed my AC in less than an hour. They knew I was desperate and still charged me like a normal service and without hidden fees or extras like others do. They did a job with the quality of a big company but at a very reasonable price. I am so grateful to them that they were able to come in and just make it work. Thank you very much SPD Refrigeration!

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
