Best Electrical Panel Install in Phoenix AZ

We had our A/C serviced today by our excellent penguin tech, Mike Erdbacher! He did an excellent and very thorough job. He explained issues that our unit had very well and even showed us pictures of the issues, some of which we didnt even know about until then! Overall the service was excellent! I will absolutely be reccomending Penguin Air to my friends and family after such a great and easy experience.

It is my pleasure to write this review for Hobaica, y’all have made this a lot easier than anticipated, I recently lost my husband & I’m very uneducated in many household decisions especially AC unit. Travis Vonau was prompt, courteous, and super helpful explaining the options for the repairs I needed. Dispatch girl Melissa/ Melinda? Was extremely helpful from the moment I called & got Travis here the same day for consultation even after hours. I am very thankful for the entire team effort. Bravo Hobaica!

Parker and Sons was great. Next day appointment, they called to understand the problem. Sebastian who came to do the work was pleasant, polite, and professional. He gave me a range of options to solve my problem and wasn't pushing the most expensive thing. Great service.

Our experience with Accutemp was nothing short of impressive. Our a/c unit stop working right during the summer with our kids home! They had someone out within a few hours, on the same day! The tech took care of the issue and the price was very fair, money well spent. Very prompt and great service, no need to call around!

Aaron arrived ahead of time and immediately diagnosed my problem, a leaking expansion tank. He didn't have a replacement with him but promised to return with one in an hour. He promptly returned and completed the repair professionally and quickly. Aaron could not have been more polite and friendly. The price was very fair, as well. They came and did work that charge was beyond belief. Smell in bathroom was bad. First time out was a two hour charge. Smell did not leave. They came back out and charged 9.5 hrs. They did smoke test and two toilet rings. The two toilet rings was 50 dollars! So a smoke test and two rings approached 800.00! So i believe they took advantage of my girlfriends kindness. To say a total of almost 1000 dollars for a smoke test and replace 2 toilet wax rings is beyond fair. Sad fact

Would like to add further insight. There customer service has matched their job quality. For them to provide an itemized receipt showing line by line exactly hours and service provided has been an up hill battle. About the only thing they have requested, outside of money is this review be deleted. Just sounds wierd to me. Please whoever does read this review ask why all the negative reviews have very similar ideas in them. Have a nice day.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
