Bruce was the tech that came out and he was very professional and more competent than the other company that had been out. He followed through and made sure that our ac was working properly before he left. I have nothing but good things to say about Howard Air. If you need work they should be your go to company!

We called to have someone come replace a shut off valve for a dishwasher and refrigerator and they were able to get us on the schedule that same day! Our technicians arrived quickly and completed the work. They were professional and courteous, and explained all charges up front. Another great experience with Parker and Sons!

Second time I called them, my AC unit wasn’t working and they immediately came out- after 5pm on a Saturday. All fixed and no up- charges. Walter was great! April 2023.

I’m so glad I went with them, they are professional, explained the checkup on my unit, and the tech. didn’t rip me off by installing parts that weren’t necessary . Called for over 2 hrs straight never got anyone to pick up the phone... so they deserve a 0 star to be honest. And it was Friday from 1pm to 3pm so it wasn't like I called Friday at 5pm..
