Best Electric Panel Installation in Phoenix AZ

All I can say is terrible experience. The technician Joey came over and was extremely unprofessional. He started off by immediately stating that we would likely need to replace the whole unit without even checking anything. Then claimed he’s been doing HVACs for over 10 years and then proceeded to spend 20 minutes on the phone with his uncle walking him through every step. I asked after some time how things were going not knowing he was still on the phone (when leaving saying don’t interrupt me when I’m on the phone), later mentioned what he found was going to be very pricey, of course I asked what the issue was and claimed it must be something inside the house but couldn’t tell me what part was the issue. I asked him if he would check that next and stated he didn’t have to because his pressure reader had told him what was wrong. Based on him being on the phone the entire time with someone walking him through the diagnosis step by step I said I might like a second opinion and immediately got aggressive and asking why I would ever want to do that since he’s extremely experienced and that he doesn’t care if I want to waste my money. He finally went to go look at the system inside (after telling me he didn’t need to) but the whole time just kept making smart remarks about how we wanted a second opinion. Also come to find out he lied about our system not being under warranty still when the system is only 5 years old which I’m certain is why we were offered “half off” repairs. I went with another company that was able to diagnose the issue in a quarter of the time it took Joey and mentioned our system is definitely still in warranty. This might be a good company with all their good reviews but I would not trust this Tech to do any kind of repairs or diagnosis. They also told us the part was on back order and would take 4-6 weeks to get. (Update: Emergency Air fixed the AC in 4 days)

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. I am so pleased with his work and will continue to use this company should any further plumbing issues arrive in the future. Thank you Tom!

We have used Hobaica for A/C check-up service and repair for years, but we’ve only recently needed to use their plumbing services. Over the past few months, we have needed plumbing work done in both our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. Travis V has been excellent to work with on both. We now ask for him by name. Luckily, last weekend, we found he was also able to do an A/C service call along with our plumbing request. Excellent attitude. Excellent work. Throughout the years, we’ve never felt pressured to get anything unnecessary for our home. For well over 10 years, we’ve never been disappointed.

We had a leak from our water filtration (RO) system. Parker & Sons expert/technician came to identify the issue. He was right on time and provided me options for the fix.We had the same technician come back to install a brand new RO system! I was able to schedule this within the week. Luis was right in time and got the job done well and quickly! He did not leave any packaging or mess behind. He left me with some notes and made himself available for questions if I had them.Such a great experience overall and I appreciate the timeliness, communication, and professionalism.Thank you, Luis!

Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

I had been considering replacing my 20+ year old ac units for a while and we had Tyler come out and give us an estimate, he was very thorough, transparent and professional.As the summer came, we decided to go with ProSkill and we couldn't have been happier! The installation went so smoothly and quickly. Cesar, Jacobo, Demetrius, and Carlos were all awesome. They kept us informed of what they were doing, helped with the thermostat setup and made sure everything was clean after they were done! I appreciated the entire process.

Driver cut me off and then followed me home. He then threatened me and waited outside my garage. I would not recommend this company under any circumstance.

Fast no baloney good prices. They don't try to sell you stuff they just fix your AC and charge a fair price.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.

They have leads and formans that are not qualified for the job there just glorified baby sitters
