When I needed a new unit the sales team was professional and did not hard sell. The process was a team effort with Howard Air and I feel they were on my side working with me to get the best solution. Gerald did a good job of explaining options based on what we were wanting for a heating cooling system, and worked well with our price range. Scott and Andrew did an excellent job on our new HVAC system, cleaned up the work areas, and explained how to use the new wifi thermostat. This is a very professional family business, locally owned, and by the warranty given, will stand by their product and work.
