I met with Guy, who came to my home. I told him these windows were about 30 years old and what I was thinking and asked his opinion. He brought up some options I had not considered, which I selected and am so happy i did! I know have 4 new large windows with screens and a beautiful new easy-to-slide patio door with a screen that locks. These folks know what they are doing!
Guy also explained the difference between GK W&D products and others. A professional came and measured and a scheduled was set. I was alerted a week ahead of time when the windows could be installed. On that day four experienced workers (two have been with the company over eight years) showed up on time and by the end of the day I had new windows.
I must add the next morning when I looked out, the windows were so clear I had to touch one just to make sure it was there!
