Preferred Air did a great job installing a new AC system for me when the last one failed. Previous vendors had done some minor repairs but the old system continued to fail, and Daniel identified the real problem and explained why replacement was the way to go. They have been out for check-ups a couple of times since and they are always helpful, thorough, and on-time.

Service was fast but we feel they were dishonest and unfair in the pricing. Our AC unit was not cooling all the way. They changed 4 parts and spent 45 minutes at our place. We searched online the cost of each exact part they replaced and found them to be about $40 each. They charged us a total of $1408 for parts and labor. This is price-gouging! It is unethical and wrong.

A perfect 5 star company, which I can suggest everyone. Jim and Scott are truly amazing. We were having a problem with the leak in the coil of the air handler, so we called them and the continuous cooperation was simply incredible. They came regularly to add freons and service till they installed the new Air Handler. They even gave us a portable AC. Thanks Jim ??
