The repairman was very nice and did a great job. I was not happy that he was trying to upgrade me to follow up visits. And wouldn't repair my faucet unless I agreed to a level.I only wanted the faucet repaired. With the exception of the internal mechanism... he used existing parts. After a phone call to your office I reluctantly agreed to a charge of $260.Because he wouldn't repair otherwise.I thought that was very high for a half an hour visit.Very nice fellow just doing his job. But I feel his management put him in an awkward situation.You need to revisit your policy of upselling with very few options.

Saul was our HVAC technician. He showed up on time and took his time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He was very professional and gave me his honest and professional opinion on things that needed to be repaired/replaced and thing he advised that can wait another season before being replaced.
