Best Circuit Breaker Replacement in Phoenix AZ

BEWARE! About a year after purchase of our BRAND NEW HOME with BRAND NEW PLUMBING, we were told by the City that we had a problem with a water leak on our side of the property and would be responsible for the repair. We reached out to George Brazil and were quoted an exorbitant amount in the THOUSANDS to fix the problem. The estimate required $700 per square foot to dig around to locate the problem because they said they didn't know where the leak was coming from when I said that doesn't work I was given an estimate that included a two day process of trenching our yard and replacing ALL the pipes. They said our builder did a poor job. We were dumbfounded.My husband decided to reach out to our builder to see if they had experienced something like this before with a new build. The builder not only looked at our leak the same day but identified the problem in about 5 minutes. There was a corroded plug that needed to be replaced at the meter box. A VERY small repair and a $5 dollar part in comparison to the estimate we had received from George Brazil. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION! The fix was so simple the builder replaced the piece AT NO COST and told us if we run into an issue again to reach out to them first.I am disgusted that a company would do something so awful and take advantage of people.The George Brazil representative that gave the estimate even bragged that he just quoted an elderly woman a huge expensive job and told me we were lucky. I don't often leave negative reviews but I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Oliver and Andrea were excellent! Arrived on time and we’re very professional. The kitchen drain had a lot of buildup all the way to the main and used multiple snakes to get it unclogged. Very knowledgeable and helpful information to avoid future issues. Thank you!

Because I’m a homeowner who likes to keep all systems maintained with regular maintenance, I purchased the Penguin plan which provides prepayment plan for the maintenance appointments and a 10% discount on any parts needed if a repair is required. We’ve had several different techs over the last year and half and each one has been polite, knowledgeable and performed the service efficiently. I have very high standards, which means hiring a contractor leads to many disappointments, but this has not been the case with Penguin Air. If you are looking for a solution for service to your HVAC, plumbing or electrical needs, they ARE THE ONES TO CALL. I rarely get such service that prompts me to leave positive reviews, however in their case, they deserve a 5 star rating and a 10 out of 10 from me!

Both of our kitchen sinks were blocked. The team was quick to respond and fairly priced. They had to remove a 50-foot-long clog in our line. In his explanation, the technician was professional, friendly, and clear. I would use them again and strongly suggest them!
