Noticed we had a leak coming from a sink that Penguin had previously replaced. They honored their labor warranty and Jackson was out a day later. Jackson was extremely respectful of our home and was in and out before I knew it! Jackson not only showed me what he was doing but also took the time to explain what he was doing. I called KJ's Cooling and Heating this morning, they were very friendly when I called AND they had a technician to my home the same day. Brent explained to me what had happened with my a/c unit and was able to fix it the same day. I am finally with A/C again!!! The service was great, the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

It always happens...when you’re expecting visitors, the Air Conditioning goes out. I call T&K at 7:00 am on Wednesday morning, and explained the situation...my 75 year old mom was arriving one day later, and she couldn’t go without AC due to health issues. Tommy and Jorge came out and early the next morning I had a new unit installed. They listened, were responsive, and did a terrific job. They worked with the budget I had and were very clean, professional and quiet during their assessment and installation, which was important since my wife and I both were working from home. I’d definitely use them again!
