Travis came out and got my AC ready for summer use. My AC is 16 years old and the capacitor was working at less than 10% of manufacturers recommended output. I am trying to baby my AC to last four years so I decided to have Travis install the new one. I really wanted the model with the 5 year warranty but my budget dictated the 1 year warranty. I love this company. Their techs are not on commission so I did not feel that they upsell.

Starting a new business from scratch is a lot of work with so many people trying to scam you out of money as you learn on the fly. Unlike most of the contractors and people we tried to work with these guys were very professional and amazing to work with. Their work is top notch and we plan on using no one else from here on out. It got really cold in Arizona which I didn't think would ever happen. Turns out my furnace wasnt working which made the family pretty unhappy. I found Accutemp online and they sent someone out immediately and fixed the furnace and now my home is warm and toasty. I appreciated that the technician didn't try to upsell me on anything but when I do need a new system I will be calling Accutemp.

Scott Acy of A Better Place, LLC is the person to call for help around the house. He does a great job and he's a nice guy. I needed a small plumbing repair and he fixed it correctly and quickly. He has a wealth of knowledge and he is very well-mannered. He arrived on time and looking presentable plus he did not leave a mess. I will definitely use him again.
