I can not tell you effectively how much this company means to me because of Steve Schilling. Steve is old school customer service oriented, very honest and goes above and beyond to serve. I had an old unit that Steve was able to salvage for 3 years before my recent experience which I needed to replace the unit. Steve didn’t try to oversell me, he was very upfront and worked with me while I came up with the full payment. I gave my word to Steve and he trusted me without question. My unit was installed, I also added in some insulation which is heaven and I can’t thank Desert Diamond enough for employing such wonderful people like Steve and my installers. I will always promote desert diamond and I hope they appreciate Steve, he is a true gentleman and truly cares about providing a service and finding a resolution by any means necessary

Our AC died early in the morning, and they were able to send a tech out that afternoon. They gave me information to track the tech's commute to our house, and they called me when the tech was going to be late due to a previous appointment.
Once the tech arrived, he was able to assess the issue quickly and accurately, and he suggested a few different solutions with varying price points, none of which were unreasonable and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me on anything.
The AC was up and running again in under an hour and I couldn't be happier.

This is a trustworthy company with skilled technicians and quality service at a fair and upfront price. I could not have asked for more and they are now my HVAC company of choice.

I subscribe to the maintenance program. Larson does a great job reminding me when I need to schedule. Today Sam came out to do the maintenance check. He was excellent, very thorough and explained everything!

These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

I am grateful to know their are good people still in the world! Thank you for getting us back into our home!
