Charles was probably one of the best service experiences I've had! He was professional, friendly, informative and really innovative in discovering an odd (to me) problem with my AC.

We called Howard Air Last year when our unit was not cooling, they sent out a tech that was great and he maintained the unit and put additional Freon in the unit. I was at the home and on the roof with him. He stated the unit was in great shape.

The unit had a issue several weeks later and new Tech arrived - He claimed that a part was bad and he had to swap the part out, $1,200 hundred later and switched all the good original Freon to the new Eco Friendly Freon. The unit has never cooled again the way it intended.

We are now replacing the unit - and would never use Howard Air to touch anything in HVAC on our Houses or business.

So professional, knowledgeable and genuine.
