I was out of cool air for more than a month this pass summer waiting for service for my unit. A friend told me about Mike. I called and talked with Mike about my problem with the unit. Mike was able to take care of the air- conditioner within a week after looking at the unit. Mike did an excellent job communicating with me about the unit. 911 has been my Hero since my leak in a pipe in the kitchen island 3 years ago! They came to assist on Saturday night over 4th of July! Recently, my water heater blew out and they were there to take multiple steps to get the new one re-installed after other repairs were finished. A Quality HVAC company came to complete a diagnostic on my interior air handler and exterior heat pump unit, as a 2nd opinion on the expensive issues I had been told of by my regular HVAC company. A Quality’s diagnostic service included a chemical coil wash, for which I have normally been charged for separately over $120! The A Quality technician, Robert Davis, was very polite, respectful, and answered all of my questions patiently. A Quality HVAC found NO issues with my unit/air handler, and saved me the thousands of dollars for a new air handler that the other company was intent on selling me! I trust A QUALITY HVAC!

Hi I had a problem with my freezer the send out a tech the same day the tech told me im having problem with the timer that part he did have in stock he gave me a great deal and a one year warranty wow that's just a great deal I would definitely use this company again
