My AC kicked the bucket. Had Icon come out, let me know what was up. Decided to replace the whole system. They gave me three estimates on different options. Unfortunately, I had to wait to save up money longer than I initially expected, but they honored their original estimate when I was finally ready to pay and get started. Their techs are world-class. Text us on the estimates, updates on options and everything. They notified us immediately about everything.

I even reached out to them weeks later to recommend a trustworthy insulation installer because I don’t really have good references. That’s how much I trust them to give me accurate info. They did a great job and a great price and always with professional service. They’re my go-to for my AC needs.

I was out of cool air for more than a month this pass summer waiting for service for my unit. A friend told me about Mike. I called and talked with Mike about my problem with the unit. Mike was able to take care of the air- conditioner within a week after looking at the unit. Mike did an excellent job communicating with me about the unit. The tech came out today to take a look at my AC unit. I lived in a condo where I can't see my unit but noticed some water dripping from the roof. They were not just on time, they were a little early which helped free up the rest of my day. They found the system working well adn let me know afterwards that its working fine. which was a positive gesture. highly recommended.
