Best Repair / Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Eris was referred to us by a neighbor to replace our Trane a/c unit. We are so very happy with his company, work ethic and the great job he did in helping us. We find Eris to be very honest, hardworking and dedicated to his craft and it shows. He was able to clean up the mess left behind by another a/c company we had been using for years. We have to replace another unit soon and will only be calling Eris. Friends, family and co-workers have all been referred to Eris by us and they are all very happy.

I have had Alonso out on several occasions. I have been VERY pleased with him and his knowledge on the workings on my HVAC system. He explained everything he was going to do .
He quoted me a price .
He kept his word and I am a satisfied customer.

I used PHX for some maintenance and small repairs about a year ago based on a recommendation from a friend. This summer I had 2 AC units break down within a day of each other on a holiday weekend. I got a quote from PHX air and from a major competitor. PHX air was not only significantly less expensive, but they took the time to explain some options and were extremely thorough in their diagnosis. They were on time, finished what they started, and made other adjustments to help balance our home’s air flow. The install team was awesome and took care of our home like it was their own. I had some questions after and they were quick to respond. Overall they were extremely responsive, helpful, a great value, and professional. Our HVAC system has NEVER worked better! I recommended them to another friend and they knocked it out of the park for them as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Exceptional customer service by Mike and Rob. Replaced coil and got my AC working like new. The honesty and integrity of CW air is greatly appreciated after being jerked around by 2 other AC guys that left me hanging.

I rarely write reviews but Cody and his team at Great State saved us when our ancient AC system died on us at the end of the summer. Within hours they had completely upgraded our extremely loud and inefficient 1970’s system and brought it up to code with a much safer and quieter unit. We have since noticed a significant drop in our monthly AC bill and our AC no longer sounds like a B-52 taking off when it starts up! Cody and his team went above and beyond in keeping our home clean as they worked and were incredibly friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

My name is Jose Padron Martinez and I worked for GRAZAK MECHANICAL. This company is the worst company I have ever worked for. The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. Paco is awesome professional HVAC technician. He is reliable, trustworthy and has fair service charges. He shows up on time and does his job. I have been using his services since last 3 years.

I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Do not use. They didn’t show up and called towards the end of the day to tell me they won’t make it and they be there first thing the next morning. Didn’t show up until 1130a to tell me the service call is $65 but the tech didn’t have the right equipment to diagnose the A/C. Said they would be out the next day. Didn’t show up again until later to tell me it’s another $150 to try and find the problem. Eventually find the problem asked for $215 and a/c is not fixed. Tried to call, text and email only to get very slow responses if any. It’s been almost a week and my ac is not fixed. They then said my warranty is no longer valid and this will cost me $1500 to fix. Asked for an invoice so I could see what I’m paying for which took a couple of days just
To get this and it was poorly written and very vague. I would not trust this company to come out again nor should you. I’m out $215 but would rather use someone else then deal with these guys.

In the busy season of summer, Ariel extended his day to come fix my AC the same day I called him. He and his assistant were very professional. They were polite and quick with their work. I had given him the details I knew about the issue when setting up the appointment, and he came prepared to fix it. I was pleased that he was able to fix it on one trip. The charge for the service was very reasonable. They were recommended to me by two colleagues, and I will now be be recommending them to others.

Did not hear from anyone at the company for 3 weeks when requesting information that they still needed to deliver to me. Overall, an unprofessional company that provides a terrible customer experience.

Abel from Goettl came out to inspect the plumbing in my home. Very thorough in his inspection and advise on want needed to be fixed. Did an excellent job. Would recommend for any plumbing service.
