The tech came out today to take a look at my AC unit. I lived in a condo where I can't see my unit but noticed some water dripping from the roof. They were not just on time, they were a little early which helped free up the rest of my day. They found the system working well adn let me know afterwards that its working fine. which was a positive gesture. highly recommended.

I called them 10 times. No one respond to my call. And thier voicemail box is also full. I don't know how they are running thier business.

It’s been 4 weeks since this company was at my house. We were told they would get back to us regarding a quote 4 weeks later we’re still waiting. I’ve emailed and called this company with no response. Very unprofessional. Plus they charged our credit card more than what we were told the initial fee would be.

I went through Universal to have solar put on my house. My representative, Alan was amazing!! He took the time to explain the process and how everything worked. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about helping his customers. He is extremely efficient and always responds quickly. Shortly after having the panels installed, my bill started to dramatically drop. I would highly recommend them and especially Alan if you're considering going solar.
