Eris was referred to us by a neighbor to replace our Trane a/c unit. We are so very happy with his company, work ethic and the great job he did in helping us. We find Eris to be very honest, hardworking and dedicated to his craft and it shows. He was able to clean up the mess left behind by another a/c company we had been using for years. We have to replace another unit soon and will only be calling Eris. Friends, family and co-workers have all been referred to Eris by us and they are all very happy.

I have had Alonso out on several occasions. I have been VERY pleased with him and his knowledge on the workings on my HVAC system. He explained everything he was going to do .

Thomas was early to our appointment. He was absolutely professional and courteous. Took the time to show me what exactly was causing my AC to no perform at optimal levels as well as giving me tips that I could do on my own to make sure things flow smoothly till my next tune up. Can not recommend these guys enough.

My name is Jose Padron Martinez and I worked for GRAZAK MECHANICAL. This company is the worst company I have ever worked for. The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

Ducts Inc's owner Dustin responded so quickly to getting someone to look at my unit. I was fit into their schedule the next day, and Jorge showed up right on time. He found our issue, explained it well, and gave us a quote. He offered to let us shop around for a better deal, but he had all the equipment needed to get the job done that day so we went ahead. He was able to get our system fixed and back running possibly better than it ever had before. DON'T WAIT UNTIL SUMMER TO GET AN INSPECTION ON YOUR UNIT. Seriously, call Ducts Inc and get an overall inspection on your unit before summer. They will not disappoint!

In the busy season of summer, Ariel extended his day to come fix my AC the same day I called him. He and his assistant were very professional. They were polite and quick with their work. I had given him the details I knew about the issue when setting up the appointment, and he came prepared to fix it. I was pleased that he was able to fix it on one trip. The charge for the service was very reasonable. They were recommended to me by two colleagues, and I will now be be recommending them to others.

Overpriced company, I was charged $2,400 to remove and replace the same air handler, I could have bought a new one for the same price.

I feel sad to write this review. I like to give people a chance to be professional and do their job. However, this company has not done either of these things. They work through American Home Shield. We have been trying to deal with them now for almost a year because they installed the wrong compressor and all our coolant leaked out. On the second visit, they did end up replacing the coolant, which we paid them to do. However, they said they would not get the right compressor and the one they put in would be fine. My husband also made them fix the pin hole leak and bolt down the compressor at least. Long story short, the third time they were supposed to come was yesterday. They called my number, even though they were supposed to call my husbands number. They left me a message saying that if I didn’t call them back in 15 minutes they would move on. The tech called as well. I was working, but called both places back within 5 minutes, no one answered, so I left messages and texted and called the tech. No answer, no response from him ever. My husband was at our home and had taken the day off work. He also tried to reach them, but they never responded. I have read some other reviews that have said the exact same thing. If American Home Shield assigns this company to you, I highly suggest asking for a different company.
