I was very happy with the service, responsiveness and professionalism 911 heating and cooling provided! My AC stopped working right before it was about to hit 100 degrees and they were able to fit me in the next day and I felt very content with the service they provided. I called them in the morning because I had a problem with my refrigerator it wasn't working. The tech came out the same day and told me what was going on with it have me a great deal with a one year warranty repaired it the same day now I'm happy and my wife is happy too. My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
