Best Maintenance Service in Phoenix AZ

There are no words to really describe how grateful we are to Don for the service he provided for us. He was meticulous and thorough with his inspection of our HVAC unit and conscientious about his work. Don is a fantastic representative of how a service person should approach customers. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality and care he took to fix our unit!!

I've interacted with Scott many times and find him to be very professional, friendly, and hard working. He clearly knows his industry very well and is incredibly competent in the work he does. I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott to my friends and family.

We have a few properties in the valley and Eric is my go to hvac guy. He is honest, on time and reliable. He is very thorough with his installations and repairs, super clean work. It’s hard to find guys like him these days. He is a great family man and I definitely recommend his services.

I just had my A/C unit serviced by Robert last week and I have to say it was THE BEST experience I've EVER had dealing with any service repair or maintenance call. Not only did he show up at the very beginning of the time requested...he even made a call to let me know when he was on his way. He took the time to explain to me what was causing the problem and specifically what he was doing the correct all the issues. Given I'm not a professional A/C guy, I really appreciated him explaining all the work that needed to be done to me in plain English too. He didn't make me feel stupid or intimidated to ask questions so I understood exactly what I was paying for and why the work needed to be done in the first place. I'm an AZ native so trust me when I say I've had plenty of dealings with A/C companies and techs in the past and nobody compared to the level of service and the UNBELIEVABLE results that I got from Robert and Marlin Services. I'd recommend him and Marlin to anyone who wants the job done right and at a reasonable price. It's hard to believe, but thanks to Robert, I'm actually cold in Phoenix in the middle of May!!!!

Arizona Pro Service did an amazing job for us as we installed a new ac unit and new ducting. From the very start of the project they were prompt, efficient, knowlegable and competent. They are clean workers, polite and friendly. On the admin side they provided a detailed quote and their price is highly competitive. I have called Walker plumbing for help twice now, and they have been prompt, helpful on the phone, and excellent on the job. The first time Clint came, and the second was Clint and Jody. This time, the problem turned out to be beyond our property, so the city needed to be called in to fix it. Realizing that I needed to call the maintenance department for help, I offered to pay the men who came. They refused it. I will always call on them for my plumbing needs.

I've previously employed this excellent company to maintain the air conditioning at my place of employment. If there was a problem with the heating system, they reacted quickly. My greatest suggestion is for them.

I had a great experience with Jashua at Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling. First, he was on time, had great communication skills though the whole process and good follow up. It’s rare these days you find someone who has good customer service skills but he was great! We had a situation with our awful home warranty company, Home Choice Warranty where they first referred us to a guy who told us we needed a new air handler because it was our fault for neglecting the maintenance on it. Not true at all. Fought with them for a good while then they recommended a 3rd company to come out and that was Jashua at Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling. He checked things over and it turns out as we knew it would we didn’t need the whole AC replaced but needed indoor coil and pan replaced. Anyways, he did the job and the headache is gone and I would recommend Jashua for any honest, dependable AC jobs.

Our A/C didn't seem to be cooling upstairs. Called AAJ first thing in the morning and left a message. Received a call back and said they could come by today. DJ showed up very nice and respectful. Asked what was wrong, I told him. He checked the air flow, the filters. Ran a cool test mode and explained to me how to run the system. Very satisfied.

I was Extremely satisfied with my experience with frozen air they were professional efficient and economical I highly recommend this company to anybody for all their air-conditioning an HVAC needs I will definitely be referring them to all my family and friends!!

Amazing company! Highly recommend. The service manager Cheyenne was extremely professional and made my experience absolutely wonderful. No one ever hopes to need an AC company do repairs but when you do you'll be happy with the level of care you'll receive from Velox Air.
