I was referred to Prestige by my home warranty company. I would say the majority of the times a contractor is sent to my house as a result of a service call, they really act like they are being forced to do something. Prestige treated me like any other customer and if the way they treated me is any indication of how they treat all their customers they should own all the HVAC business in the valley. Professional, prompt, friendly, personable, knowledgeable and honest would be just a few of the characteristics that I encountered when working with them. I will be using them for all my HVSC needs from now on (in or out of warranty work).

I have been a Roberts Air Conditioning customer for over 30 years and the service has been the best. They are a first class company and there employee's have always been professional and courteous.

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

Dennis Dizon made a follow-up visit to check on my recently installed system. He offered to set up wi-fi operation of my thermostat through my cell phone and clearly explained everything so that even I can do it! He checked pressures and made changes in my system from default settings to settings that are now optimized for efficient performance in our Arizona climate. Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers.

Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.

Great company used them to install a new AC unit and duct work in my home along with servicing my rental homes. Definitely recommend them!

Had a problem with our walk in wine cellar, having lots of valuable wine it was imperative to address the problem quick and properly the first time. I'm happy to say CR Custom Services went beyond all of my expectations. What makes it better is that they are a full HVAC company, so now they take care of all my cooling and heating needs, including our wine cellar. Great company.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

He is the best of the best!! Very knowledgeable and dependable! I highly recommend to use him for any of your AC needs!

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.

Extremely knowledgeable. I had 5 Ac companies out to quote a new unit, moving ducts and duct repair. Other companies wanted to charge more and they did not want to move any ducts or returns. Brett actually wants to fix the problem, and he wants to do it the right way the first time he goes into detail to let you know what needs to change and how it should be done. This is your AC guy.
