Belaire mechanical was built by local people. It is now the largest mechanical contractor is Arizona. I am a Union sheet metal worker and know the owner personally. Jim is involved in all the union boards and committees with zero compensation. That in itself speaks volumes to me.

Their prices for HVAC units and service are quite reasonable and definitely below the big companies you see advertised on TV, mailings and newspapers. The installation team for the new heat pump I purchased were great. They did a quality job, were professional and friendly and cleaned up everything when they were done. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Our a/c wasn't working right and stopped blowing cold air we called a few places and all were booked out to mid April and could only put us on a call list meaning we'd have someone calling at midnight to possibly fix the problem. Being pregnant and having a 2 story with dogs and kids' wasn't going to work not having air. I finally came across lynx ac before giving into the wait. They had a tech out the next day and were able to give a reasonable quote and fix our a/c to work better than before. Highly recommend this company.

My a/c went out on a Friday evening. I called SMW and the owner send one of his technicians right away. They were here within an hour. The technician Manny replaced the part that was not working and explained exactly what was wrong with it. Very knowledgeable guy and great service! I would definitely recommend!

I had Scott replace two AC units in two different houses in 2018 and have not had an issue since. He had the lowest price and best value. Today, I asked him to look at another house which he did for no charge and again provided me with the best value quote. He does not charge a summer time surcharge like others do (I had one quote 2x his). He and his wife Linda are a family business and they are good people. I would always recommend contacting them.

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.
