I desperately called Appliance Repair Bros on a Friday night (as all other places were closed) very concerned that my fridge and freezer were well above normal temperature.

Vlad and his assistant came on by promptly that night (!), were very courteous and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The proposed replacing a control board, with the assurance that if it was not a problem, I wouldn't be charged. I...never heard of that before! It turned out the problem was properly diagnosed and were in and out of my place in under an hour.

Nathan of Desert State Heating and Air was great. We had an issue where the heater wasn’t working (it actually gets cold in AZ sometimes) and Nathan was first willing to troubleshoot with me before coming out to the house for service. Turned out to be my newer thermostats (which had issues during the hot seasons as well) and he was able to check on my units as well as help to reprogram the thermostats to be operational in both weather conditions. He was responsive, kind, and human. Thanks DSHA!

My air conditioner went out, call another company and after 5 minutes the first thing they tell me is you need a new unit. So after some google searches I found Cool Summer Air company and they did a good job for me, the repair took about 2 hours, also the technician explained to me what the problem was and the costs of the repair.
