Best Repair Air Conditioner in Phoenix AZ

Lyle came out, on-time, professional, and actually listened and was concerned about my high humidity issue. After doing a very thorough inspection of my two units he found a couple minor issues but was not 100% sure that would solve my humidity problems. He called the owner (Jim, I believe) and together, with me included we walked through so additional steps and thermostats settings. I’m not sure the problem is solved but I feel confident they went above and beyond to eliminate some (or the) of the problems. Thanks guys. I desperately called Appliance Repair Bros on a Friday night (as all other places were closed) very concerned that my fridge and freezer were well above normal temperature.

Vlad and his assistant came on by promptly that night (!), were very courteous and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The proposed replacing a control board, with the assurance that if it was not a problem, I wouldn't be charged. I...never heard of that before! It turned out the problem was properly diagnosed and were in and out of my place in under an hour.

My air conditioner went out, call another company and after 5 minutes the first thing they tell me is you need a new unit. So after some google searches I found Cool Summer Air company and they did a good job for me, the repair took about 2 hours, also the technician explained to me what the problem was and the costs of the repair. Thanks Cool Summer Air my a/c unit is working fine now.

Awesome company and service. I had a problem with George Brazil air conditioning who was trying to take advantage of customers. They wanted to charged me $2640.57 for a reversing valve and $538.50 for R410A Freon. Then they tried to sell me a new unit with 10year warranty for $ 6700 and $5700 for 5 years. Horrible company and does not show up when they say they will and does not call in advance.

I called Air Dynamics and they came right over and quoted me to repair my unit for $1580.00 for the whole job and are getting me scheduled right away because I have elderly family visiting in 6 days

Excellent group. Very professional. They changed my A/C registers to allow for air filters to be maintained at the registers, as opposed to at the A/C unit in the garage. The cost was reasonable, the work clean and excellent. They thoroughly checked my A/C system and found things fine; didn't try to sell me anything as part of their visit. I will definitely call them again for any future A/C work.

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

Urgent Air was referred to me by my Dad (Joe Bock) and they were excellent! It was late at night, 108 degrees outside and our air went out. We were able to get service immediately and our technician, Tom, was prompt, honest and knowledgeable.

I actually work for an HVAC company here in the valley but we were booked out for days ahead but Urgent Air was able to get out and get the job done.
