I am so glad I called them! I have an 8-month-old baby boy and it was horrible when the AC stopped working. Oscar and Juan came in and fixed my AC in less than an hour. They knew I was desperate and still charged me like a normal service and without hidden fees or extras like others do. They did a job with the quality of a big company but at a very reasonable price. Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.

I requested an inspection and repair and was given a four hour window from 3-7 and was quoted a $99 service fee. I received a call from Sam the Tech around 5 stating the after hours fee is $119. The tech found that the faulty unit was low on refrigerant and charged it for ~$250. He didn't see the leak, a foot from the charging port but quoted me $800 to perform a leak test. He did not inspect the rest of them system. 3 days later the freon was gone again. We were able to get another company to comes out a few days later. They immediately found and repaired the leak. They also replaced the freon at no charge. I requested a refund for the freon from one hour and have yet to hear back. Save yourself a lot of time and money and go with another company.

Came out within a couple of hours of us messaging and fixed the problem with our furnace quickly! Price seemed good too, especially for short notice on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend.

A competitor came out to troubleshoot my A/C twice last year. Each time they found things for me to buy, but never fixed the issue. Scottsdale air found the root cause in 5 minutes. And the repair was quick and cheaper than the other company. Highly recommend.
