My AC stopped working around 7am and I spent time trying to troubleshoot before finally calling a pro. My call was handled very quickly (by a person). Demand for service is hi at this time of year (its 118F at peak heat during the day). They needed to look at schedules and get back to me. Fair enough.I received a text message within 15 minutes that a tech had been assigned and an appointment was made for this morning.Before the tech arrived, I received another text with the details of the tech plus his picture which was a very nice way to help homeowners stay secure.The tech arrived early, was very professional, very kind and very efficient. We had AC again within 30 minutes.Great company, great service, great communication. 5-star recommendation.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
