First time this company came out, Mike, the service guy was unable to fix the heat. He did say it was fixed and was only here 10 minutes but no heat was working. I called and complained and the general manager came out with another service worker for about an hour and a half and fixed my heat. It turned out to be the thermostat after he checked and was able to replace it but gave no reason as to why Mike said nothing was wrong.

I've not booked any business with them yet. But Ish was remarkable. Professional, informative, thorough and patient with me who always has lots of questions. I look forward to receiving the estimate and deciding if this is the best option for our needs. Look forward to hear from Larson AC and have the details on what Ish feels is the best remedy to our home Ventilation/Duct needs. Thanks!

Jeremy took the time to let our home know what was going on every step of the way when we needed to replace our AC unit. He calls back as soon as he can if he happens to miss our call. I was impressed with the work that was conducted by this company. I had 2 experiences. The first time my condensation pipe had a hole in it. At that time he completed a full review of my unit and advised me accordingly , which was this is an old unit and it's going to just stop working eventually. Recommended!

5 stars is not enough. Knowledgeable, friendly, office staff is top notch. Went out of his way to make sure we had heat overnight when our heater died. I can't say enough good things.

This all started in Jan when heat went out. Took several techs and warranty company saying its velox and couldn't a hold of them to finally getting a new unit in march. Here we are in June the thermostat is set at 77 house is climbing to 82 . Called 2x to request service and no call back at all had to call another hvac co . Who immediately called back and is coming in the morning oh and our system under warranty still. But can't get velox to call back . Customer service is horrible. I thought was warranty company . Now I wonder if it was velox . And the new hvac system is too small for our home! New contactor came out his exact words this is a 3 ton you should have a 5 ton for this region and excessive heat and the size of your home warta that this will cause catastrophic damage to the system I have it in writing .Now in order for it to keep cool we have to water down coils on new system! My question is why knowing our home is over 2000 sq. Ft why was a 3 ton put in when at min should've been 5 ton. Initially I was happy to have the new system and trusted the techs that put it in. Now here we are with a system too small for our home! And still no call back from velox! So I guess filing complaint with contractor board is going to be our next step and the bbb . I also have a full report from a reputable hvac company who came out and took 1 look and immediately knew system was too small.

Worlock AC Heating was so quick and efficient getting out to our home to check out our air conditioner that was not cooling. Despite it being the Memorial weekend, they were at our doorstop within 1 hour! Bill Worlock, owner, explained the problem in easy to understand words. 1st class service and would highly recommend! I have already recommended to someone and they hired Worlock as well and are currently cooling in their home in this extremely high summer heat!
