I used several companies for AC repair and A Quality HVAC has been the best by far. They've been nothing but kind, professional, and understanding. Enrique arrived on time and made a video recording of the entire inspection. He explained my options clearly and plainly. Ultimately, I'm replacing my 17 year old system at a price lower than I expected.

Had an appt. Was 2 hours late no call. I had to call to ask where is the repair person. Rep. Stated on their way in an hour. Someone shows up in 2 mins stated repairs will be $ 305 what a rip off it cost me $80 from another service person. Will never use this service ever. Not professional at all.

Was very pleased with the unit replacement. I was hoping for an easy process and they made it a good one. Only feedback is I was really happy they had all the parts on the truck so they didnt have to make more than one trip. Was hoping we could get a military discount and we did. I wish they could have handled our plumbing issues while they were here and i understand they are AC only. I get it.

This is our highly recommended go-to for all HVAC. I've never had anyone from Semper Fi that wasn't amazing. We'd been having issues with the heat and Josh was able to educate me, find, and fix the issue on the failing system until we could get a new unit put in. The new unit was installed quickly, efficiently and we're up and running in less than a day. The install by Jared and Leo was great, really nice guys and on point. We've had horrific experiences with a few AZ contractors... and guys like this is why we'll stick with Semper Fi! Really refreshing! :) Thanks, guys!
