Had a problem with our walk in wine cellar, having lots of valuable wine it was imperative to address the problem quick and properly the first time. I'm happy to say CR Custom Services went beyond all of my expectations. What makes it better is that they are a full HVAC company, so now they take care of all my cooling and heating needs, including our wine cellar. Great company.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

Ritchie was on time, polite, efficient and fully explained what he did to check our air conditioning system. He did not use high pressure sales tactics for unneeded repairs. I really appreciate honesty. Good job!!!

Their driver almost just caused a 4 car accident then he got on the highway and way doing about 100 because he pulled away and was out of sight within seconds. Horrible driver this business should not allow that

These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.

Technician, Manny, came on time and was very professional. The company sent a text reminder (which I appreciated) and even sent a text with a photo of the technician. I have been very happy with their service.

New install in April, 2021.Decided to try this company after another company kicked out our original estimate date and I am a veteran and retired first responder.Just bought this home, A/C is old but still cooled. Wanted to avoid a breakdown.. Agreed to a 4 ton 16 Seer system for just under 11k. We expected the unit to work fine, 1800 sq ft home. But we made it clear that the bedrooms would have to be cooled like the rest of the home. The existing system did not do that. We were guaranteed by C... that it would not be an issue.Gave the system some time but no help in the bedrooms (1 story home).Advised Semper Fi. They sent out J...Very nice. He determined that there were problems with the installation and made recommendations for the team that would return to correct the issues.That team came out and had very little information on what and where they were supposed to make corrections. We told them what J... told us and they did what they thought would be the best solution. There was still no air flow to the bedrooms and the ceiling started leaking the next day.Another team came out and eventually we were told that the leak was fixed and a contractor would be out to fix the ceiling. They came out the same day and put fans in the attic. They came back out the next week and advised us that there was still a leak. Employees came back out and as of now there is a temporary fix. I do notice some air in the master bedroom now and was told that they will be able to get proper flow into the bedrooms during the next visit.We are to be scheduled for more repairs, not including the new ceiling repairs.Also, we have yet to receive our SRP rebate that Semper Fi had us fill out in April. I called twice in three weeks in May/June and each time was told I would be contacted by someone in finance. On the 3rd call I was eventually told that my paperwork could not be found. I was provided with new paperwork.In my opinion there is not much detailedInformation being passed on from one team to another for the same repair issues. The same goes for the rebate issue.Most of the employees are very nice but at this time we feel that we did not make a good choice for an A/C company and will follow-up after all these issues are or are not solved.Problems with unit in February, 2022. Coil and metering device replaced.1/25/2023. Requested that our unit be checked out due to cold air blowing and loud noise from unit. Company employee, Remington, arrived and checked the system. He explained the cold air and noise situation with a heat pump and found the unit to be in good working order. Remington was very knowledgeable and informative.
