Lyle was on time and very professional in his explanation of the AC system and the services that he was providing. Answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided insights on how to keep the system in best working order.

Phil & John were the best! Told me when they were going to make noise, offered to bring my garbage cans down to the curb, said things like, Not much longer, hang in there bc it was 90 degrees in the house. They were very professional, funny, polite & personable. The new unit is great! Being near my usual 2 fans, when the a/c turns on...I'm actually a little chilly now! It's more than I could hope for. Thank you ACA for excellent work & service!

Do not EVER contact the team at Desert State Heating and Air unless you want empty promises, excuses, guilt tripping, lies, cigarette butts left in your yard, poor welding, leaking pipes, wrong wiring, weeks without AC, months without heat, etc. Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with. It's a miracle Nathan has his contractors license with the poor EVERYTHING he provided us. A joke and a waste of time

Great work! Our a/c wasn't working right and stopped blowing cold air we called a few places and all were booked out to mid April and could only put us on a call list meaning we'd have someone calling at midnight to possibly fix the problem. Being pregnant and having a 2 story with dogs and kids' wasn't going to work not having air. I finally came across lynx ac before giving into the wait. They had a tech out the next day and were able to give a reasonable quote and fix our a/c to work better than before. Highly recommend this company.

Dealt with Cheyenne, super patient answering my questions and was very knowledgeable! Work was done promptly and they showed up on time. Quality of the work was above par and after they left it's like they weren't here. Space was clean, and no damage just nice cold AC!. 10 of 10 would recommend.

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

Urgent Air has installed a new unit for us and serviced both of our houses for ten years. I have found all experiences with them pleasant and the team is reliable and priced honestly. They also service my mother’s house too, and that’s the quality you should expect: “someone you’d be happy to send to your mother’s house”. A+ all around.

I contacted A-Rated AC after another company said my unit could not be repaired and I needed a new AC unit, so I wanted a second opinion. A-Rated AC came out promptly and informed me that it could be repaired. They returned the next morning, and got me back up and running! All within 24 hours. Phoenix Air Department is professional, efficient, and communicative! Their team replaced our air conditioning unit last year and the process went unbelievably smooth compared to other heating/cooling companies we have used in the past.

We are in a new home now that requires significant remodeling. Phoenix Air Department is the only HVAC company we trust for a project like this. They were quick to schedule a meeting for a quote that was very fair. We raised our ceilings and had to raise the ducts/vents. We also had an exhaust fan installed in a bathroom. They offered suggestions that were super helpful for this remodel.
