Best New Cooling System in Phoenix AZ

Owning a business is much more then just doing work. I’m sure other’s would agree and would want to know how a owner of a company acts and controls himself while driving a company van.

A apology would have been the appropriate route to take instead of a post saying we didn’t do any work for you.

Wow! I called on a Friday afternoon for a new install. The company called back immediately, came out and measured, emailed me a contract. Called to acknowledge receipt and stated they were going to pickup a new unit from warehouse, and was scheduling a crane for 9:00 AM, the next day! The professional service and follow up exceed my expectations, and the price for the new unit was amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

No long wait times and was even given the option to have them come sooner. Friendly personnel and tech. Its always so nice to have a tech that is willing to take the time to talk and explain what's going on with your units. Many of us are not well versed in the workings of AC units, so it is always nice to get a clear understanding of what is going on. Highly recommend their services!

I shopped around for an annual service check for our heat pump split system. Liked the company philosophy of service to their customers. KJ's could come that day. Leonard was early, too. Polite and knowledgeable, he spent about 90 minutes going through the check points explaining all the readings. I am well satisfied with the service and fair pricing.

Got a new train A/C unit installed. I had 2 companies come out and B3 got the job done at a better price and with a higher quality unit. They also had it done the next day and the other company was a few days out. Nice experience working with Keith over there.

Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

We had ProSkill install a new HVAC unit, install a new electric line from our beaker box up to our evaporative cooler, add more attic insulation, and HVAC maintenance . From the initial estimates to the completed work, each person at ProSkill is always knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and respectful. All estimates were very thorough and clear. Not to mention good prices. We highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects.

Let me say few things about this business. I have been using their service for the past few years and 100% happy with their service. I used Arizona Pro Service air conditioner expertise services about a month ago. I didn’t want to review them immediately because I wanted a good month of normal operating to see how the installation had gone. Let me tell you. Everything works exceptionally well. Nick and his team not only changed my entire AC system. They moved it to another location freeing up room in my backyard and making it quieter and more enjoyable for me. The AC compressor was moved from the north side of the house to the east side. New lines, including electricity supplied to the new unit, was professionally installed and hidden as not to create eye soars. The installation was 110% perfect. They added a new return to the air handler unit. Cutting a hole in my wall and installing a return vent. You would never have guessed that it was added. It looks as if the house was already built with an extra return line. I cannot say enough to recommend this company and their exceptional professionalism. They also went through all my AC ducting in the attic, ensuring everything was operating to maximum efficiency. Nick was honest from the very beginning with time frames pricing and realistic expectations on choosing a new unit. Thank you for making my home comfortable again Nick!

AC of Arizona is one of the best companies I have done business with. From making the initial call Samantha responded within two hours and Pete was on site the next day. My system was 20 years old and it was time to replace it. Pete was very helpful in making recommendations and made some adjustments to keep my old system running until the new unit could be installed without creating unnecessary costs. Troy came out the same day and was very helpful in selecting the unit needed for my home. The order was placed and within two days the new unit was in stalled by Phil and Kevin in about 4-5 hours. There were very professional and when they left the old unit and any trash was removed from the property, with the new unit on the roof operating. The work this company performs and communication with the customer is outstanding. You always know what is going on at any given stage of the process. This team is very knowledgeable in the business and I recommend them highly.
