Best Furnace System in Phoenix AZ

The tech was prompt, efficient, and made the repair same day thankfully. When the job was completed, he cleaned up the site and returned my tool rinsed off and clean. The only issue was I had to provide the shovel for him to dig up the pipe to locate the leak.I was surprised a professional plumbing company doesn't fully equip their trucks with basic tools.

I had an immediate comfort level with Scott. He recently performed routine maintenance and repaired a condensation line for me. If I was needing to replace my hvac system, Scott would be my first call. He’s honest, fair, and very easy to talk to.

Nick arrived on time and was able to fix my air system same day with parts he already had on his truck. Very convenient to those that want same day repairs. He was very professional and charged less then I thought.

What a great experience! We previously had 4 different companies come out to figure out the kinks in our a/c system with no success. Ryan came out to do our tune up and immediately knew what was going on and is preparing a plan to remedy it. He was pleasant, on time, and answered all my questions. SO glad I went with Larson A/C. New built AC units installed by this company. Never hire them, installed duct work and system never worked correctly at all, in addition horrible service.
While AC tech that came in was awesome trying to fix original installers poor job, company manager and owners do not care and have no pride in what company delivers

These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

I am grateful to know their are good people still in the world! Thank you for getting us back into our home!
