Brian has been our go to for A/C maintenance and urgent repairs at both of our homes for several years now. We will never have to look elsewhere again. I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend

Our A/C went out the day we were going on vacation. I called ICON and they sent someone out to see what the problem was. I was afraid that when we got back a week later we would be miserable. I noticed on my cameras that one of the technicians (Jose) was there installing a new motor. What a relief it was to know that when we got back we would have a/c. At no time did Jose need to enter the house, very professional! Jose left me a note explaining all that was done. Thanks to Jose and Team ICON we have a/c and it is working great!!!!

We called late last night because our AC system broke. While other companies advertise themselves as “24 hour emergency repair” they were the only ones who were willing and able to show up and do the work. Casey was at my house within the hour and fixed the system as well as explained the problem and what he did/how he did it as well as tips on how to keep it from happening again. 5/5 would recommend and we will definitely call them again should we need their services
