Best Ductless Air Conditioner in Phoenix AZ

Dave the owner of the business called my Mom at 6:30 four months later after telling us he could temp unit and then prodded to keep his deadline for procuring the unit and then ended up ghosting us in the middle of summer with no ac. He then proceeded to call four months later extremely aggressive and fabricated a bill being owed. I express this enough don't use this company they are up to something Shady. All payment was requested to be in cash.

Technicians arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, and performed expert service maintenance on my Goettel unit, removed a swamp cooler from the roof, and arranged for haul-off. No mess left behind. I highly recommend A/C and Refrigeration. And you will love working with Mindy who is also friendly and honest, with no up-selling pressure, and who really knows her stuff.

I have absolutely no idea how this company is still in business. A work order was submitted to have a technician come out to my unit between 2-4 pm. At 4:30 I called because he didn't show up and he had gone to the wrong address. For some reason they didn't consider it important to check what unit they were working on. Then, once they do show up they have no masks or gloves on and enter my apartment. Only to then say that nothing is wrong.

However, when it is 84 degrees and humid in my apartment and my AC is set to 77, it suggests that something is indeed wrong when you consider it is only 85 outside at night and in the early morning. So they send another technician who also says that he can't find anything wrong. He requests pictures of the thermostat showing the difference of temperature, which I provide. They then say it's an insulation issue. That is impossible though because I have lived in this unit through 2 summers already and have had no issues. My neighbors are also experiencing no issues with their temperatures.

Edit to respond to owner: You did not reach out to my management company when you saw the address did not match, I had to call you myself and tell you they didn't show up. Only then did you say someone would be on their way. I never received any phone call signifying a delay due your reps realizing they went to the wrong location. The fact that you would lie about this matter further highlights the issues that your company has.

You also never addressed the fact that you could not resolve my issue. Another company was brought out and the rep actually listened to me and was able to solve the problem! It was a connection issue like I had suggested multiple times which is why nothing looked wrong to your reps. Instead, your first rep chose to remove freon, and the second one said there was nothing that can be done.

Great service, new heat pump, installed in a timely manner, at a very good price.

Their techs are always on time and get the job done quickly and effectively. They're also very respectful and pleasant to work with, which makes the whole process much more enjoyable. Max did an awesome job after someone previous to AccuTemp came out and would have replaced every possible part. So glad Max was honest. I highly recommend him. Also my in-laws recommend Kevin with the same company. So ask for Max or Kevin!

AC unit suddenly stopped cooling on a Sunday Morning. Called Proskill and Leonardo came out a few hours later. Got it repaired and cooling very quickly. We were extremely impressed and pleased. Leonardo was professional and thorough. So glad we called Proskill Services. Highly recommend them!

Nick was my technician he was very quick to respond to my service call , He ended up replacing my compressor to my AC Unit, all in the same day . I called two other companies to come out and give me an estimate on the same issue and Arizona pro service came out to be cheaper than the other two companies and they gave me a quicker turnaround time on replacement as well . I recommended this company to four other friends and family members and they took very good care of all their AC problems this summer, they all called me back to talk to me on how great this AC company was on their pricing and how quickly they got their AC working .We all are happy with this companies work performance & how quick they responded . Several months ago I purchased two new Trane HVAC systems to replace the existing Trane systems installed over twenty yeara ago at my residence.Larson did an excellent job and I just completed my first service check up with them today.Lyle Flynn was the technician and he did an excellent job of checking everything and ensuring the units were functioning correctly. I had lots of questions about the units and he aswered all of them with the best of attitude and a patience for my curiosity.Lyle aso took the time to ask me questions about the performance of the systems from my perspective. Our conversation resulted in a suggestion to fine tune the amount of air flowing through several ducts for better uniform ac efficiency throught the house. Certify HVAC was recommended to us by a neighbor who had a new system installed last year.
Ulysses arrived ahead of a scheduled visit for a quote on a new HVAC system. By the time he left 2+ hrs later, he didn't feel we needed a new system yet, and instead replaced a small part he found to not be working as expected.
He is very polite, very honest, and will be our only HVAC person to call for future HVAC needs!!

I desperately called Appliance Repair Bros on a Friday night (as all other places were closed) very concerned that my fridge and freezer were well above normal temperature.

Vlad and his assistant came on by promptly that night (!), were very courteous and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The proposed replacing a control board, with the assurance that if it was not a problem, I wouldn't be charged. I...never heard of that before! It turned out the problem was properly diagnosed and were in and out of my place in under an hour.

I was impressed with the work that was conducted by this company. I had 2 experiences. The first time my condensation pipe had a hole in it. At that time he completed a full review of my unit and advised me accordingly , which was this is an old unit and it's going to just stop working eventually. Recommended!
