When selecting a service business you want to know they are going to do it right the first time. However, we all know businesses are staffed by humans and humans make mistakes under the best of circumstances. W e have used Adams for both service and a complete install of two new extremely efficient complete AC/furnace units from Carrier. You are going to get on time technicians with fast and efficient service and the one thing that didn't go the best in the install was made right above and beyond our expectations. With knowledge/skill and customer service like that you CANNOT go wrong!

We contacted AirZona along with 3 other contractors to replace our furnace and air conditioning units. Gerald (AirZona owner) arrived at the designated time, inspected our existing system, and went over their proposed system and pricing. He was very personable and explained the items in terms that we could understand. We went with AirZona on the spot, based on Gerald's explanations.

The installation process was just as smooth. Again, Gerald arrived with the installation crew, and they were all professional, courteous, and very friendly. The installation took the entire day, but the crew each worked on tasks that minimized any unnecessary delay, and didn’t seem to mind the questions I had during the process.

I highly recommend AirZona for any HVAC needs that you may have. From the quoting process through installation and annual maintenance activities, Gerald and the AirZona team set themselves apart from other contractors we have used … they are ROCK STARS, and can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of us.

I have absolutely no idea how this company is still in business. A work order was submitted to have a technician come out to my unit between 2-4 pm. At 4:30 I called because he didn't show up and he had gone to the wrong address. For some reason they didn't consider it important to check what unit they were working on. Then, once they do show up they have no masks or gloves on and enter my apartment. Only to then say that nothing is wrong.

However, when it is 84 degrees and humid in my apartment and my AC is set to 77, it suggests that something is indeed wrong when you consider it is only 85 outside at night and in the early morning. So they send another technician who also says that he can't find anything wrong. He requests pictures of the thermostat showing the difference of temperature, which I provide. They then say it's an insulation issue. That is impossible though because I have lived in this unit through 2 summers already and have had no issues. My neighbors are also experiencing no issues with their temperatures.

Edit to respond to owner: You did not reach out to my management company when you saw the address did not match, I had to call you myself and tell you they didn't show up. Only then did you say someone would be on their way. I never received any phone call signifying a delay due your reps realizing they went to the wrong location. The fact that you would lie about this matter further highlights the issues that your company has.

You also never addressed the fact that you could not resolve my issue. Another company was brought out and the rep actually listened to me and was able to solve the problem! It was a connection issue like I had suggested multiple times which is why nothing looked wrong to your reps. Instead, your first rep chose to remove freon, and the second one said there was nothing that can be done.

Eddie and Andrew were amazing, they worked on my unit and explained everything so I would understand.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. With this Arizona heat it's almost impossible to live without an A/C, so, when ours went out, we were miserable. Thankfully, Nick came to our rescue. Our service was quick, easy, and the entire experience was amazing, we're not melting anymore! The service was fast, professional, and I would recommend them without a second thought. They were friendly, quick, and the problem was resolved with no issues whatsoever. True lifesavers!

Phil & Jesus did a great R&R job on our old HVAC systems. They were very considerate of our home & cleaned up after the install. To top it off, they were the lowest bid for the same equipment of the 3 bids we received. Don’t hesitate to use ACA for your HVAC needs, they’re top notch!

It was our second AC service, but our HVAC is 20 years old. Ralf, our tech this visit was awesome, we discussed the most recent visit and Ralf went to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, a outside compressor fan, and replaced the capacitor too. He took the time to check the attic components, made sure the old system was 'charged' and pressures were to specs. He stuck around to make sure the AC was cooling and to ask if we needed anything else. EasyPeezy!! 94 degrees today, thanks Velox Air!

Jeremy first came to our aid following up on an issue covered by our home warranty. We then contacted him for a second opinion and purchased a service plan for our a.c. system. This week he came by to complete the inspection prior to using our heating system. Today we meet with him regarding replacement of our 17 year old system. We find him to be an honest and reliable service contractor and highly recommend him and his company for your mechanical services and if appropriate purchase of a new system.

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.
