Have a maintenance contract. Gives me peace of mind that my elderly unit still has life in it and is efficient enough to last another season. All service men have been professional and very polite. They take pictures and document each visit, send appt reminders and show up on time.

Our a/c went out Sunday morning,went thru home advisor and worlock sent us an email saying they could come out right away. The owner came out gave us a great price and our new unit was installed Monday by noon!. Talk about fast. We only had to endure one night of heat. Great service wish I could give more than 5 stars! I called Second Opinion Plumbing late evening and they came out the next morning first thing. Their response time was incredible and they fixed the problem within a couple hours. Our main line was blocked up and they cleared it and showed us what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Great work and highly recommend them.

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

I used this company ONCE approx 2.5 years ago and they have continued to spam my e-mail and call my phone despite unsubscribing EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. they e-mail. Unwanted solicitations (probably more) received on 9/17/2020, 8/19/2022, 9/15/2022 and phone call on 8/20/2022. Unprofessional and abusive marketing. Sick and tired of this therefore a CAN SPAM complaint has been filed with the FCC in addition to this review.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
