Daniel was great. He arrived on time. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and the timeframe he would arrive. He provided us a debrief of his findings of the bi-annual tune-up.

Since I started using them years ago they are delivering the quality of service needed for our needs and our residents well being, thank you Troy, Adams and all the good techs you have. Keep doing what you guys are doing.

I set up an appointment to have my A/C serviced before summer. Very pleasant experience with Mr Aguilar and his son. They arrived on time, did what they promised. I was looking for a company that I could trust and do business with in the future. I may have found that company!

Start to finish throughly impressed .
I’ve bought many ac systems before from multiple companies but this company did everything they said they would to a tee when they said they would do it .
I was not even expecting all the work they did I just thought I was getting new units .
But They even replaced the pan under the air handler in the attic … again I thought that would be reused . Far exceeded my expectations for the value .
There was also no pressure in the sales area they worked out a price offered it to me I asked if it was there best price .. the response Yesr !
I had received multiple estimates that were much higher and one that was less but had no detail . They literally took care of everything for me and had everything up and going by lunch time !! Five stars all day long !!!!

We were lucky enough to find Cooling Men by random. From inspection and installation the process was both timely and smooth. Their prices are right on the money and zero upsell as seems to be the norm in the valley.
Installers were here right on time and were both courteous and professional.The transition was both quick and seem less Highly Recommended.

Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

They did a great job. Would hire again.

Nick was my technician he was very quick to respond to my service call , He ended up replacing my compressor to my AC Unit, all in the same day . I called two other companies to come out and give me an estimate on the same issue and Arizona pro service came out to be cheaper than the other two companies and they gave me a quicker turnaround time on replacement as well . I recommended this company to four other friends and family members and they took very good care of all their AC problems this summer, they all called me back to talk to me on how great this AC company was on their pricing and how quickly they got their AC working .We all are happy with this companies work performance & how quick they responded . I highly recommend you give this company a try , you won't regret it. ?

Sean from SMW came to assist me with setting up my new NEST thermostat and was very professional and patient with my lack of being tech savvy. He walked me through the entire process. I thought I would have a huge expense of rewiring my system but he found the problem and he was honest with his assessment of the situation and it ultimately only cost me an hour of labor. RJ, my technician, was incredible! He checked my filter inside the house and also went above and beyond to make sure that EVERYTHING in my A/C was working correctly.

We had a great experience with Carlos and CR custom services. We used them a couple of months ago when our upstairs AC unit was malfunctioning. Having used Ace Home Services before, we initially called them. They came out and immediately told us we needed a new unit. Quoted us about 25k, the tech said our AC unit was beyond repair and that was our only option. Carlos came over later that evening and evaluated our unit, within a few minutes he was able to determine what the issue was. He explained that it was certainly not beyond repair and he was able to fix it at minimal cost. Carlos believes In hard work and providing honest services to his customers and that really shows. Will only be using CR moving forward.

With all the choices we have here, this is the best one you can make. He was at our house when he said he would be and less than 1 hour after calling. Diagnosed the issue and got cold air blowing again. Said he'd probably have to come back in a few days to install part he needed to pick up, which was perfectly fine with me. Instead he called me just a bit later to let me know he'd picked up the part and was coming over to install.
The pricing was beyond fair.
And he's a great guy on top of it.
You have tons of choices for HVAC repair here, AZ AC stands out and I highly recommend.

Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers.

Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.
